Return & Refund Policy
By purchasing from A.C.K. McClure Publishing, you acknowledge that we have a strict no refunds policy. Due to the small business nature of our company, we are unable to process such requests, and all sales, including preorders, are final.
If there is an issue with your order, it is your responsibility to notify A.C.K. McClure Publishing at ackmcclure@gmail.com promptly. Upon prompt notification of an issue with the order we will attempt to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. It is important to us that our customers receive the best products and experience. However, some circumstances are beyond our control, and we make no guarantees that we will be able to solve the problem. We unfortunately, are unable to offer returns, refunds, or cancellations. All sales are final, we appreciate your support and understanding of our small business.
Shipping Policy
PRE-ORDERS ONLY: As part of our pre-order promo, all pre-orders will receive priority shipping, meaning that they will ship before the publishing date. Shipping before the publishing date in no way guarantees that the package will arrive by or before the publishing date. All addresses must be updated by November 23rd, 2024, for you to receive your order. If you do not update your address by that date, the order will be shipped to the address on file and A.C.K. UNFORTUNATELY, at this time we are only able to offer pre-order shipping in the United States.

All other orders will be shipped from a third-party vendor and shipping will be handled through their applicable policies. You will be provided with a tacking number once your order ships!
